How It Works

Flawless Consignment Boutique is here to sell your items for you! But we must limit the items we accept to only your best things. Please only bring in freshly laundered, gently used items that were purchased within the last few years. Look through your items at home and select items that meet our guidelines.

  • We will look at 30 items per week
  • We take items Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only 
  • No appointment needed
  • Please see our guidelines below for preparing your items
  • If we accept an item, but later find a defect, we will donate it automatically- we will not return it to you. For this reason, it is very important that you inspect your items thoroughly under our lights at drop off 
  • It takes time to process your items after drop-off, so you will not see them listed in your online account right away. Processing will likely take several weeks, and when we are full, it might take longer. Please be patient. Your 90-day consignment period doesn't start until your items hit the floor.
  • Occasionally, we need to close our intake counter. We recommend double checking the announcement bar above or our social media before loading up your items
  • When you bring us your items, you agree that we set the prices. Our consignors have been overall very happy with our pricing, but please don't bring anything that you aren't ok with us setting the price on. If you want to get a guaranteed amount, we recommend you keep the item. We do welcome pricing input on luxury items (over $200 new retail price) at the time of drop off

  • Guidelines

    • Items should be freshly laundered with no holes, stains, excessive wear, odor, fading, pilling, wrinkles, pet hair, etc
    • Gently used, like-new condition
    • Purchased new within the last few years and currently in style
    • Have a new retail purchase price of at least $18.00. This will exclude most items from big box retailers.
    • Transport items folded in a plastic tote or laying flat in a laundry basket. Do NOT bring items in trash bags, cardboard boxes or straight from garage sales
    • No hangers
    • Shoes should be clean and completely free of dirt
    • We will only LOOK at 30 items. Please inspect your items at home and bring us your best
    • Consignor must lay out and fully inspect all items at the intake counter at the time of drop-off. A Flawless Consignment Boutique employee will double check and select the qualifying items.
    • We take consignment Monday. Wednesday, and Friday only (10am-6pm)
    • If any defects are found during processing, the item will be donated- so check your items thoroughly at dop off!
    • Check facebook/instagram and the announcement bar on our above to ensure intake is open

  • Specialty Items

    • We accept jewelry, but it can’t be tarnished or broken, and should be good quality
    • Athletic clothes sell well. They need to be free of sweat stains and not have excessive wear/pilling
    • We accept ALL sizes, including plus sizes
    • Designer items- please see our full consignment contract for details. Items over $100 receive a white tag and are treated differently. Please notify the intake employee of the price paid for all designer, luxury, and other high-value items. This will help to ensure an accurate sales price

  • We Do Not Accept

    • Shein, Temu, Amazon, and other Chinese imports
    • No Boundaries, Time & Tru, George, Athletic Works, Faded Glory
    • Prom dresses, long formal wear, wedding dresses
    • Underwear/bras (we do accept sports bras)
    • Swimsuits
    • Maternity
    • Pajamas/Robes/Slippers
    • Jeggings & Skinny Jeans
    • Leggings (we take athletic leggings only)
    • Backpacks, luggage, large bags, Vera Bradley bags (exceptions for designer items and backpack purses)
    • Dated blazers/suits
    • Western boots (we take "fashion" western boots only)
    • Counterfeit items
    • Mens and kids items
    • Any items purchased more than a few years ago that are out of style
    • Items priced under $18 new retail
